1. What Itemlink is
Itemlink provides dynamic QR tags that open a contact page for lost-item recovery. The physical (or digital) QR points to a short URL on this site. Contact details live in our database so owners can update them without reprinting the QR.
2. One-time purchase
A standard Itemlink pack sold for about ₱200 for 6 tags (sticker or soft-copy, as offered by the seller) is a one-time purchase. There are no monthly fees and no required subscriptions to keep an active tag’s contact page online.
While your tag remains in active use under these Terms, your items stay protected for life on this service — same QR, update your details anytime.
3. Inactivity and archiving
To keep our servers optimized, accounts that have not logged into their dashboard or had a tag scanned for 3 consecutive years may have their data archived.
Archived tags may stop accepting finder messages until the owner logs in again (or the operator restores the tag). The printed QR still points at the same URL. This lets us clear abandoned records from stickers that were thrown away years ago, without charging renewals.
4. Owner responsibilities
- Keep claim codes private (they unlock and manage the tag).
- Provide contact methods you actually monitor.
- Do not use Itemlink for illegal, harassing, or deceptive purposes.
5. Finder messages
Messages and finder contact details are delivered to the tag owner’s Itemlink inbox on this site. We do not publish the owner’s phone or email on the public scan page. Message retention may be limited; treat the inbox as a recovery aid, not long-term email.
6. Changes
Pack prices and pack sizes may change for new purchases. Tags already activated remain under the one-time / lifetime framing and inactivity rules disclosed here when you claimed, unless both parties agree otherwise.
